All items discounted by 16% or more are all final sale.

Return new and unused items within 15 days of delivery for a refund.

Please note that when you place your order, your form of payment will be charged. If for any reason we can not fulfill your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible via email or text and will be issued a refund. Please note that it can take 3-5 business days for credit card companies and PayPal to post these transactions

  • Shipping is non-refundable

  • International returns (from customers outside of Canada) must clearly mark on return packages and paperwork the following text: "Canadian Goods Returning" to avoid further tax charges

  • If you are making a return from the USA or internationally from outside of Canada, there will be a $40 CAD fee removed from the amount of your return to cover the brokerage charged to us to bring your order back into Canada
  • Items that show any sign of being installed such as vehicle parts or electronics (like communication systems) can not be returned

How do I return an item?

We want you to be fully satisfied. If you are not, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price if the item is is new, unused condition.

Customers are required to pay for the cost of shipping back to Halifax Motorsports Ltd. If you ware shipping an item to us for a warranty return, customers are also responsible for the shipping costs to HFX Motorsports and for the shipping to return the item back to you.

If you live local to our store, stop by with the item you are looking to return or exchange within 15 days of the date you received your order.

Items purchased from our "Clearance" section of our website is final sale.

To receive a return number, please email and provide us with your order number.

Returning by mail

If you will be shipping your items back to us, please do the following:

Please contact customer service to get a RA # (return authorization number). You cannot return an item without obtaining and RA # from Customer Service. Please note that all clearance items are final sale.

We will gladly offer refunds within 15 days of you receiving your order of new and unused merchandise in its original condition. When returning your item(s) please include all original tags, paperwork and the original packaging.

Parts must be in new condition and be returned with 100% of its packaging. Any part that shows signs of trying to be installed is non-refundable.

Apparel – please try on your apparel inside, do not remove any tags or stickers until you are satisfied that the gear is going to work for you. To return apparel it must be in new condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.The original packaging must also be in new condition.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase. 

Returns of several items may be subject to additional additional fees. All clearance items are final sale.

Please use a box other than the product box to return your items. This will insure the product and original packaging is returned in new condition.

Place either your receipt or packing slip in the box along with the RA # clearly marked.

We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received. Postage is required. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.

Upon receipt, allow approximately 10 business days to process your credit. Please allow a few days for your bank to process it.

Do you price match?

Yes! In many cases we can price match Canadian online and in-store pricing at the time of purchase. Simply show us the pricing you are looking for us to match or send us your quote and we will do our best to match it. In some cases, we may not be able to match the price if items are sold out, if we have to order the item in or if the item you are seeing online is discounted in such a way that the seller is "blowing out" items or "closing down" their store. We are a grass roots company so we do need to take discretion in this area but will always do our best to offer you the best pricing we can. We do not price match Ebay or Amazon.

We are a growing company, please note that our policies may and can change at any time.

We may also not be able to offer free shipping when price matching. This will be judged on a case by case basis.
