E-TURTLE GP-AIR ELECTRONIC VEST
The E-GP Air Electronic vest is specifically designed for track riders. Emphasis was put on aerodynamics with a very slim cut and enough space for the racing combination allowing the freedom of movement. The width of the E-GP Air fits perfectly with your motorcycle suit thanks to its stretchy fabric and the Velcro system. The red Velcro shows the closing limit of the vest. For added safety, the vest is made of abrasionresistant materials and has front and back protectors for a double Turtle effect, offering an excellent protection to vital areas.This electronic model has a CDU sensor (accelerometer, gyroscope and GPS) integrated into the vest, enabling it to track and monitor the rider’s movements more than 1000 times per second, and detecting a fall in real time, providing a 360° protection. The technology can detect a fall at 62ms. When a fall is detected, the airbag inflates automatically within 55ms before impact. The optional fork sensor (CDU) detects impacts
on the motorcycle.
OPTIMAL PROTECTION WITH OUR TURTLE TECHNOLOGY
Our vest includes semi-rigid chest and back protectors to provide a double TURTLE effect. This innovative design is a major protection improvement. Impact forces are distributed over the entire airbag, increasing the energy absorption considerably and reducing the risk of intruding objects. The vest has an airbag protection volume of 17 to 28L (the largest on the market) depending on the size of the airbag, thus ensuring a better protection
in the event of a fall.
ADJUSTABLE
The width of the E-GP Air fits perfectly with your motorcycle suit thanks to its stretchy fabric and the Velcro system. The red Velcro shows the closing limit of the vest. This makes the vest easy to open and close even with gloves.
STREAMLINING
The E-GP Air vest has a slim, streamlined cut to fit perfectly to any motorcycle suit. Enough space is provided for the suit’s hump.
CUSTOMIZATION
The E-GP Air can easily be customized through quick access on the front and back. There are many ways to make your airbag vest unique.
RECONDITIONING
Reconditioning can easily be done within a few minutes, by the rider himself, without any intervention on our part. All you need is to replace (by screwing/unscrewing) the empty E-cartridge with a new one.
ELECTRONIC SYSTEM
Our technology includes several on-board sensors to monitor the ride in real-time and allow for 360º detection. When a fall or accident is detected, the airbag inflates automatically before impact. The sensor integrated into the vest (CDU) checks and monitors the rider’s motion in real-time.
