The bag can easily be compressed and released to fit the size for your daily use by using the outer straps. The outside of the pack has Velcro strips for ID/Statement patches, and ergonomically designed adjustment compression straps with hook-and-loop ties for comfortable carrying. The harness is compatible with accessories like the Phone Pocket NDM 2.0 and all other NDM 2.0 accessories. We usually describe this bag as the best bag for training gear ever made.
